What you share

An email enquiry may include your name, email address, chosen route, travel dates, group size and any preferences you choose to send.

How enquiries are handled

Email sent to [email protected] is forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing to our customer-service Gmail inbox. We use your enquiry to answer questions and pass relevant trip requirements to local travel partners for quotations and itinerary arrangements. Online forms are currently unavailable; this release does not write enquiries to D1 or YDB. The Russian enquiry service is not yet available.

How to delete your data

To request deletion, email [email protected] and identify the contact details used for your enquiry.

Name, email, additional contact, travel preferences and your message may be recorded.
